SWFC's marketing department recently met with Trudy Olander, the Clinical Supervisor from Eye Associates to discuss her latest experience in hiring another student from Southwest Florida College.
When Eye Associates needed to hire an office manager with Medical Coding and Billing knowledge, they looked at Southwest Florida College, who provided her with 6 high-quality job candidates. Though only one candidate was hired, she discusses how impressed she was with the graduates from Southwest Florida College.
"I don't see any need to have to look any further for any of my hiring needs, I feel like I built a good relationship with the staffing at Southwest Florida College, and I could just call them, they would be there for me, they would meet my needs promptly and provide some really excellent people (to employ) and I think it's great," Mrs. Olander says.
