New Updates for the first-ever Southwest Florida College Regional Job Fair!

We have some great updates for the first-ever, Southwest Florida College Regional Job Fair, presented in part by Southwest Florida Works and sponsored by Fort Myers WINK Broadcasting, The Chamber of Southwest Florida and Media Vista Group’s D’Latinos and Azteca Southwest Florida.

Southwest Florida College is also now inviting nearly 3,000 United States Military Veterans from across the five county regions to attend a VIP Session of the Job Fair.

"By reaching out to our Veterans and the Latin American job seeking community we are embracing key elements of opportunity in re-tooling our workforce to meet the demands of our new and changing economy," said Dr. Stephen Calabro, President of Southwest Florida College. "This event, we will provide both employment and educational options for job seekers and career changers all in one location. This event is a winning proposition for all who participate.”

Southwest Florida College, in partnership with Southwest Florida Works, will host their first Regional Job Fair at the Holiday Inn Airport Town Center in Fort Myers on Friday, November 18th.

The event will be open to the public between the hours of 1 PM and 4 PM and is “complimentary” to both employers and job seekers. The college is providing a special morning session and luncheon for participating employers. Limited Underwriter opportunities are still available.
